Introduction to Community Presentation and App

Dear Redstone Residents,

We’re excited to share important updates in this newsletter, including an introduction to community presentation, details on upcoming inspections, and the launch of the new Redstone Community App!

To help keep Redstone beautiful and well-maintained, Quantum United Management will be conducting regular walk-throughs, ensuring homeowners and residents stay aligned with the Owners Corporation Rules and Design Guidelines. These checks will focus on landscaping, property upkeep, and waste management, simple steps that help preserve the quality of our community.

Plus, staying informed and engaged is about to get even easier! The Redstone Community App will soon provide quick access to updates, events, and Owners Corporation information, all in one place. A dedicated Club Redstone section will also make booking activities effortless.

Community Presentation

As owners will be aware, part of the attraction and commitment to building and living within the Redstone community is compliance with the governing documents. This includes the Design Guidelines and Owners Corporation Rules that form part of your contract of sale obligations and, that are attached to your title as covenants.

One of Quantum's key responsibilities as your Owners Corporation Manager is ensuring that the Redstone community continues to be presented in the most appealing manner for the benefit of all owners, residents and their guests.

It is important to remember that a well-presented estate:

  • Encourages visually appealing streetscapes
  • Provides certainty about the standard of housing
  • Assures owners that everyone will contribute equally to achieving a strong neighbourhood character
  • Protects and preserves owners investment

The Community Presentation Team from Quantum United will be carrying out regular walk-throughs of the estate and communicating their findings to lot owners. The Community Presentation Team is looking to commence their first round of walk-throughs on Friday, 9th May 2025 and these inspections will occur on a fortnightly basis.

Prior to the team commencing the compliance inspections, please ensure your front gardens and nature strips are neat and tidy, rubbish bins are put away out of public view after collection days and any other non-compliance items are attended to.

What Will We Be Looking At?

Some of the more common aspects of maintenance of a lot that the team will be looking at include:

Compliance Process

In accordance with the Compliance process, a number of extensive steps are taken by the Quantum Community Presentation team to work with the owners and/or tenants to address any compliance matters.

If compliance matters remain unresolved after reasonable notice, any associated costs may be applied to non-compliant lots and recovered from the respective lot owners.

All owners would have received a copy of the Redstone Rules and Design Guidelines upon the purchase of their property. We kindly ask you take a moment to read through and ensure you understand your obligations.
